- Live chat with customers to consult products

- Receive customer calls for sales consultation

- Quotation, care, contract promotion and order tracking throughout the production process and product delivery to customers

- Monitor and propose solutions to situations that arise during the process of deploying and implementing products and services for customers.

- Coordinate payment requests/settlement records, monitor, remind debt and collect debt with customers.
Candidate requirements

- Quick in handling work;

- Ability to work independently or in a team; highly responsible and careful.

- Good communication skills, no lisp or stuttering

- Good learning ability, not afraid to learn new knowledge. Candidates without experience will be trained and given the opportunity to try their hand in a new field.

- Accepting new graduates.

Working time

-According to office hours from Monday to Saturday: (2 Saturday afternoons off per month)

- Monday to Saturday: 8am – 12pm, 1:30pm – 5:30pm
