work content
- Prepare all bid documents;
- Researching, researching and selecting equipment for bidding, procurement and contract performance;
- Disassembling volume, making and managing cost estimates, calculating total work cost estimates and total investment;
- Prepare project implementation plan;
- Coordinate with other specialized departments to ensure the requirements on progress and accuracy of records;
- Carry out the installation of machinery and equipment, perform installation supervision and handle arising problems related to the project.
- Regularly update legal documents on formulation and management of construction investment costs; unit prices and types of equipment on the market.
