Job duties
1. Fixed Broadband Technician:
- Installation and provision of telecommunications, internet, television and landline services to customers
- Troubleshooting and restoring services to customers in the assigned area
- Maintain and maintain cable box cabinets in the area under management
2. Technical staff of Station Management:
- Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and repair of the station building, troubleshooting the station's problems.
- Perform patrolling, monitoring and troubleshooting of cable routes.
- Accurately update the database of software: NIMS, Electromechanical...
- Respond to information, upgrade and downgrade equipment in the station
- Check, maintain, replace, ... the equipment in the telecommunication station. Responding to information, unexpected tasks assigned by superiors.
