Job Description

• Participate in developing and building products based on Flutter platform
• Explore technology, build new and enhance existing features of projects
• Manage, maintain and improve existing applications
• Support debugging during deployment
• Ensure progress, quality of work and regular reporting to management.

Candidate requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Have at least 1 year of experience working with Flutter.
• Experience working with native Android/iOS using Kotlin or Swift language.
• Proficient in using third party libraries and APIs.
• Experienced in optimizing application performance (offline first, memory usage, memory leak, cache...)
• Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Kanban/Scrum.
• Good analytical skills and logical thinking.

Interest

• Basic salary up to 18 million + project bonus
• 13th month salary and year-end bonus (based on business results)
• Working from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday, closed on Saturday and Sunday
• Probation period up to 2 months with 100% salary
• Birthday 10% salary agreement
• 15 days off/year, remaining leave at the end of the year will be converted into cash and refunded to employees
