• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the quality of marketing strategies, brand promotion, products/services of the Company appropriate to each stage, ensuring the set targets;
• Manage and improve the Website system, manage and develop Facebook, Email, SMS marketing activities...;
• Support the Sales department to display other products in building development strategies for Customers;
• Research the company's products/services and competitors;
• Research and evaluate market and consumer needs in fields related to the Company's products;
• Collect information about customers, customer needs, customer capabilities;
• Responsible for compiling content and producing advertising products (news articles, video clips, images, etc.) for the Company;
• Build and manage internal company PR forms;
• Perform other tasks as requested by superiors (if any).
