• Receive information and participate in direct discussions about customer requests
• Test plan, test case and test data preparation
• Test website and app projects and coordinate with other departments of the company to ensure project quality
• Manage, analyze and monitor test results, report test results
• Perform testing, log errors and monitor bug fixing progress
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience as a full-time Tester, with experience in creating Test Plan, designing Test Case, Test Data
• Careful, detailed, and highly responsible for work
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in Japanese or English is an advantage
• Know and have used tools for tracking bugs and task management such as Redmine, ...
