1. Main tasks:

Requirements analysis:

Read and analyze software specification documents (SRS, BRD, URD...).

Work with BA and Dev to understand business and technical requirements.

Test design and planning:

Write test plans, test cases, test scenarios.

Create test data.

Test execution:

Perform manual testing or automation testing depending on the project.

Testing many types such as: functional test, UI test, usability, regression, smoke, performance...

Error management and reporting:

Log bugs using a tool like Jira, Redmine, or Trello.

Track the progress of the fix and confirm again after the dev fixes it.

Report test results, software quality, system completion level.

Collaboration and innovation:

Coordinate with related departments: BA, Dev, PM, Customer.

Suggest improvements to testing processes or product quality.

Support UAT testing with end users if needed.

2. Job requirements:

Graduated in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems...

Have knowledge of software development process (Waterfall, Agile...).

Know how to use testing and error management tools.

Meticulous, careful, good logical thinking.

Priority given to those with automation testing skills (Selenium, Katalon...).

3. Additional skills (if any):

Skills in writing automated test scripts.

Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger...).

Basic knowledge of database (SQL) and CI/CD process.
