Job Description
Learn and ensure proficiency in using the company's CyHome - CyOffice project management software
Responsible for adhoc tasks related to Customer Care such as: making appendices, payment requests, various types of minutes...
Collect and process initial customer data and figures to initialize CyHome – CyOffice software used in projects.
Participate in training customers on how to use the software and transfer it to customers for implementation in projects (apartment buildings, urban areas, office buildings, etc.)
Participate in app deployment sessions at projects
Responsible for being the focal point for receiving requests and responding to customers
