Job Description

• Do some product/offshore/outsource projects for Japanese customers
• Bid on projects with customers related to PHP, run the company's outsourcing projects - Build PHP team with the Center Director
• Can train and develop Dev team, allocate resources to participate in developing Outsource products with US/Japan (projects on E-commerce, healthcare, IoT...)
• Encourage new software development ideas, using new technology (discussed during interview)
• Willing to go onsite in Japan (Tokyo) and receive onsite policy support from the company

Candidate requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in PHP (Laravel), experience in ReactJS, VueJS is an advantage. Annual salary package up to 600man (can be negotiated) + bonus + bonus
• Minimum Japanese N3 or higher, confident in communicating in Japanese
• In-depth development orientation on PHP
• Have a sense of responsibility and progress in work
• Having the ability to train and develop team members is an advantage.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience working with ReactJS/VueJS
• Priority for candidates in Hanoi
