Job Details
- Act as a core member of the product development team for Japan HQ, based in the Vietnam subsidiary
- Oversee and manage the development of in-house products such as Cast Me!, SEARCH WRITE, and future projects
- Serve as a bridge between Japanese and Vietnamese team members
- Manage Vietnamese engineers, communicate directives from Japan HQ effectively
- Depending on team and project status, engage in hands-on development work

Candidate requirements
- Age: 20s to 30s
- Japanese Language: JLPT N2 or higher (N1 preferred)
- Work Experience: Experience working in Japan or at a Japanese company in Vietnam
- Development Experience: Knowledge of Java, React, AWS (experience with Agile development is preferred). While high-level coding is not required, development experience is essential for communicating with engineers.
- Management Experience: Project and team management
- Personal Traits: Strong interest in business growth and building a company from the ground up
Interest
- Salary: 63,000,000 VND/month (Gross) Negotiable
- Evaluation: Twice a year (planned)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Workplace: 72 Tran Dang Ninh, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
