• Co-own product roadmap along with product lead and business sponsor and ensure alignment to all stakeholders. Manage the end to end process including requirement understanding, research and analysis, product roadmap planning, translate business requirements into technical specifications, feature design, and continuous optimization of user experience to deliver the best experience for millions customers
• Monitor cross-functional projects with efficient scope, timeline and stakeholder management, putting emphasis on quick iterations. Maintain and improve existing features, experiment and launch new features.
• Drive performance excellency of your product through rigorous data analysis, from measuring impact and testing hypothesis, to conceptualizing and executing features based on the data insights.
• Cultivate a team culture of excellence, commitment and ownership, and lead the team to grow personally and professionally
• Guide other teams to test new features and solve feature issues/bugs
• Get familiar with the current tools/features and look for improvements to enhance user experience
• Work with partners to integrate new services to Shopee
