We are looking for a BrSE/PM with agile development experience who can lead the technical team to develop new SNS services while maintaining close communication with Japanese team members.
In this position, you will be able to leverage AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Bolt.new, Vercel v0, Dify, OpenAI o1, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, etc.) to drive efficiency, and innovation in the development process. We especially welcome people who want to work on project management using Generative AI or who have experience in this field.
- Optimize and streamline development processes with AI tools
- Technical team management and project progress management
- Collaborate with Japanese partners to determine requirements, develop specifications, report progress...
- Manage FE (Vue.js, Nuxt.js) and BE (Node.js, Express, MySQL) development and design
- Review and implement new technologies and tools

- Japanese from N3 (good communication)
- Development experience with Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experienced in designing, developing and operating FE of Vue.js, Nuxt.js,...
- Experience developing Express, MySQL
- Experience developing on AWS
- Experience developing with Agile model
- Proficient in using AI tools (Cursor, Bolt.new, vercel v0...)
- 2+ YoE project management

- JLPT N1 or higher
- Business English
- Experience participating in projects using LLM such as OpenAI o1, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, etc.
- Experience in system development in Web3 areas such as blockchain
