Job Description

We are looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER with strong experience in AI product development and deployment of Machine Learning, MLOps, and LLM (Large Language Models) models to build AI Agent and Document Understanding solutions. This position requires the ability to work independently, a leadership spirit, and the ability to build and lead strong technical teams.

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap with a strong focus on technical feasibility and innovation.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to implementation and delivery, focusing on technical aspects
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on technical challenges, customer feedback, and market trends
• Conduct technical reviews, including performance benchmarking and code reviews
• Monitor product performance and collect engineering feedback for continuous improvement
• Improve the quality of your company's AI applications

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from university/college majoring in IT, computer science,...
• Have 5 years of experience in a similar position, have experience working on real projects on Generative AI
• Grasp the basics of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI.
• Know how to integrate with Generative AI like Gemini, Chat GPT,...
• Have knowledge of algorithms on Linear Regression, SVM, Random Forest,... Have knowledge and understanding of network structures CNN, RNN, GAN, Transformer, Attention,...
• Can program well with at least 1 of the following languages: Python, Java
• Experience working with at least one of the following frameworks such as Sklearn, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras
• Experience packaging models into APIs using Docker
• Experienced in developing and deploying models on Mobile, Jetson, ARM devices
