Collaborate with Business Development for new project requirements and Technology Team to build the most productive and sufficient process for both Customer and DIGI-TEXX within the timeframe given
Be responsible for the assigned projects with Resources Management & Project's Workflow to ensure the Profit & Lost
Internal and external Customer Satisfaction Management
Coordinate and resolve the project's daily issues in a timely and effective manner with the internal Operation Team and other Departments
Develop and maintain the production team
Do improvements on the project to increase the project productivity
Do other tasks assigned by Leadership Team
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience in a similar position
Advanced level in Japanese (N2) and English (B1 or above)
Leadership and decision-making skills/experience
Project Management Certificate/Skill is a must
Client-first mindset
Strong skills in communication, presentation and document management
Well-organized and attentive to details
Experience to work with international Client is a plus
