Job Description:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, budget and for any potential risks.
• Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the project plan and timelines.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project outcomes and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years overall work experience
• Japanese Level at least N2.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Experienced with both strategic and operational management.
