WORK CONTENT

• Project Governance & Cadence: Support the maintenance of identified Project governance framework and cadence; Provide input on developing a succession plan to achieve departmental objectives.
• Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plan, resource planning, allocation, schedules and budget. Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Project Execution: Track, monitor and provide progress updates/overview of various strategic projects; Highlight risks and critical issues where applicable; Develop standardize tools and templates for project management.
• Reporting and Project Documentation : Conduct data analysis and report on project performance; Work with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.
• Project Post-implementation: Measure project success per identified metrics; Coordinate a clear feedback structure and platform; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Cross-workgroup coordination and collaboration: Manage communications with all stakeholders; Check dependencies and the interfaces between projects; Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure resources are allocated effectively.

REQUEST

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, project management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Vietnamese
• Experience in a multi-national company and in working with different cultures and countries.
• Strong project management skills. A good understanding of project management techniques, tools and methods.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• PMP certification or any equivalent is a plus.
