• Testing existing system processes and provide recommendations changes or improvements to existing processes, methods, and technologies that improve product quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• The candidate should be able to work independently to identify test cases/test scripts from requirements and map test cases/scripts back to the original requirement
• Understand business objectives and build alignment and buy-in cross-functionally.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios.
• Developing and Executing the Cross Browser (browsers like Safari, Chrome, Mobile browsers) testing.
• Perform exploratory testing with a focus on identifying and documenting defects
• Review defects and test logs with QC/QA team to identify root causes and suggest solutions for improving testing, documentation, and process improvement
• Understand product lifecycle concepts and participate in the test planning process
• Provide training to junior engineers
• Join to develop quality assurance standards and processes

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years' proven experience as QC/ QA Engineer in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years experience in design test cases/ test scenarios and exceptional ability with cross-browser, cross-platform and responsive testing (PC, mobile and tablet)
• Fluent in speaking and written English
• Hands on with various types of testing such as system, functional and regression with web and mobile testing
• Good ability to review testing results with QA /QC team member and ensure product quality as expected
• Highly collaborative internal QC/QA team member with production team who fosters open communication and facilitates mutual understanding and cooperation between all stakeholders
• Demonstrated competence and ability to be self-motivated when analyzing problems
• Be active at work, withstand high pressure
• Ability to develop maintainable test automation solutions using Selenium, Appium or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing one or more of the following: API interfaces, databases/data stores, analytics
• Experience in Stress testing or performance testing.
