Job responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand and clarify e-commerce project requirements.
• Collaborate with the programming team to assign tasks, monitor progress, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of websites.
• Provide continuous support to clients, ensure their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective client communication.
• Preferred experience in web and software testing, with a good understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient with a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent teamwork abilities coupled with a professional and positive work ethic.
• Skilled in clear communication and confident, structured presentation of findings.
