Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the distribution system and propose solutions to optimize the distribution system of channels and optimize sales routes.
Propose and implement distribution system development strategy (RTM) for all channels, in line with the business model.
Building and implementing the management process for the implementation of the distribution system, the RTM implementation toolkit, and the RTM performance measurement/management indicators.
Analyze market data, evaluate P&L for each market before setting up a new distributor.
Check and evaluate the effectiveness of distributors, sales routes and propose solutions to the market.
Develop approval processes when opening/changing/improving/closing 1 Distribution Channel, 1 sales route.
Coordinate with departments in the process of implementing regional business strategies.
Fulfill the requirements of direct management.
Job requirements:
Male, University graduate or above.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at FMCG companies.
Knowledge of the FMCG multi-product business market is preferred.
Data acumen and good data analysis skills. Formally use data analysis tools, DMS/SAP sales management software.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication and communication
