Job responsibilities

• Monitor, manage and operate VoIP application system (Kamailio / Freeswitch)
• Server installation / virtualization and packaging of VoIP application services ( Proxmox / Ansible )
• Analyze and simplify documentation of 3rd party integrations to draw, program and deploy interaction diagrams and synchronize data between the two parties.
• Understanding of procedural languages (Shell / Lua) to optimize operations on Linux (Debian) environment
• Communicate and analyze user's working environment (teamviewer / wireshark)
• Communicate, exchange technical and interact system with domestic and international Telcos to solve problems for customers.
• Analyze and understand source code to reprogram the system and retrieve data more optimally.

Skills & Expertise

• Graduated from University with major related to Information Technology, Computer Network, Telecommunications, ...
• For candidates with a college degree, proof of having paid social insurance at a company operating in the SaaS or VoIP field for at least 18 months as a technician (or programmer)
• Priority given to candidates with Voip / Linux certifications
• Priority is given to candidates with over 24 months of experience as a programmer for a SaaS company, but those who only know how to program and do not know how to operate and deploy on Linux are not preferred.
• Complete a 2 hour exam on any procedural language to do.
• Priority is given to candidates with good improvisation and debugging skills with 2 different programming languages.
• If the product/project you have worked on does not have at least 1000 users accessing it at least twice a day, do not include it in your CV. If you have participated in that product/project, you should clearly state your job responsibilities. You should not write about the content/stack/technique/architecture of the old company that you did not directly handle or understand to explain.
