Manage Key Accounts and maintain relationships with regular customers.
Participating in proposing solutions, building contracts, regulations and cooperation contents with partners.
Analyze the needs of customers and competitors to build a business plan.
Sales Manager duties such as:
Responsible for managing and implementing work for Business Team such as: Sales Team, Telesale Team (The current team size is still small);
Implement sales activities; Responsible for the revenue and sales of the Business Team;
Manage sales team staff to achieve growth and sales targets;
Responsible for recruiting sales staff (combining personnel), allocating targets, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff;
Building and optimizing the sales process from planning to closing sales;
Reporting on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts in front of department heads.
