We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Scrum Master who will assist other team members in communication, coordination, cooperation as well as the team in meeting their delivery goals. The Scrum Master will partake in building a product which is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is desired. Responsibilities:- Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices
- Communicate with main stakeholders, demonstrate exceptional organization and communication skills
- Support the Product Owner and Development Team
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
- Ensure and facilitate cross-team coordination
- Resolve conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect
- Provide leadership and structure for the scrum team to drive efficient, effective projects
- Guide and coach the team to become self-organized, resolve conflicts within/between the teams and motivate teams to succeed.
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and report team progress to senior management
Your skills and experience:- 4+ years of work experience as a Scrum Master
- Extensive knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, plus points if experienced with Cloud and microservices projects.
- Working technical knowledge of the software development process - design, development, test, and deployment
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English skills
- Strong interpersonal skill including mentoring, coaching and collaborating and team building
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
- Analytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impediments
- Good knowledge of Software Testing Techniques is a plus
