JOB SUMMARY:
This position supports the Scrum team in Vietnam to perform using the Scrum framework, collaborating with the Japan team. Key responsibilities include facilitating new Scrum teams, ensuring understanding of Scrum theory and practice, and coaching team members towards self-management and cross-functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and facilitate for new Scrum team
- Helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice.
- Coaching the team member to become self-management and cross-functionality.
- Remove of impediments to the Scrum Teams progress.
- Helping in creating/managing backlogs.
- Helping with Scrum metrics collection
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or related field.
- Excellence knowledge and understanding about Scrum framework.
- Good understanding of software development process.
- Good communication in Japanese (N2 and later).
- Must be independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in programming skill
- Have certifications related Scrum. (CSM, CSDetc..)
- Have Agile development related knowledge other than Scrum (Lean, XP, TDD, ATDD etc).
- Have experience living and working in Japan.
- Good communication in English.
- Salary: 2,000USD ~ 3,000USD Gross
- Working time Monday - Friday: From 8:00 To 17:00
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, experienced with Làm Việc Nhóm, N2, Quản Lý Dự Án and knowledge of Scrum.
- Additional criteria include: understanding of Biên Phiên Dịch, Developer, Fulltime, Project Manager and System Engineer.
