• Create test cases and test plans according to system design documents and business specification documents.
• Set up testing environment, execute and report results.
• Manage, analyze and track test results, report results and evaluate product quality before putting into operation.
• Research and apply testing tools for testing.
• Coordinate with relevant departments/departments to deploy working processes according to the Agile model.
• Manage and update work project documents.
• Report arising problems and project implementation progress to the Team Leader, propose appropriate solutions.
• Carry out measurements and evaluations after each sprint and propose improvements.

Job requirements

• Master the software testing process.
• Understand the technology product development process (Agile, Scrum), software development.
• Able to work independently, withstand high pressure and complete assigned goals on time
• Problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills, teamwork skills...
• Priority: Graduated from college or university majoring in IT or has participated in PMP or Scrum related certification training.
• Minimum 1 year of Scrum Master experience and 2 years of Tester experience , having participated in real projects.
• Experience in testing App and Web. Using tools to test API and Performance testing is an advantage
• Having related PMP and Scrum certificates is an advantage.
• Understanding of JIRA and Redmine work management tools is an advantage
