Job Description
Design, develop and maintain backend systems for web and mobile applications, meeting high demands for performance and stability.
Build and integrate APIs to connect frontend and backend, ensuring smooth user experience.
Develop database architecture and optimize query performance to handle large volumes of data.
Ensure system security and integrity through data protection measures and user session management.
Work with frontend and Product teams to understand business requirements, design appropriate solutions, and deliver on schedule.
Monitor and optimize system performance, while proactively troubleshooting and fixing errors quickly.
Propose technological improvements to improve system efficiency and quality.
Candidate requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Backend Development.
- Experience in the role of Lead or Team Leader is an advantage
- Professional skills:
- Proficient in programming languages: PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, React Native, Python.
- Have in-depth understanding of common design patterns, able to apply in real projects.
- Object-oriented design thinking (OOP) and mastery of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficient in SQL, MySQL, and knowledge of Oracle/MySQL, noSQL database management systems, and database optimization capabilities.
- Product Deployment and Management:
- Priority is given to candidates with experience deploying products on Kubernetes, Swarmpit, AWS platforms.
- Analytical and solution design skills:
- Ability to clarify business requirements and participate in designing solutions that suit project needs.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum model is an advantage.
- Leadership skills:
- Ability to manage teams, orient and support team members.
