Job Description

• Design and develop backend systems that ensure performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) for web and mobile applications.
• Database management (SQL, NoSQL) and system performance optimization.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development process, perform code review and write unit tests.
• Support, guide junior team and cooperate with frontend, QA team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Candidate requirements

• Graduated in Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, NodeJS.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, NoSQL, caching and cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Master software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Problem solving skills, good teamwork.

Prioritize:

• Experience in DevOps, Docker, system deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in handling systems with large number of active users and e-commerce systems.
• Experience working with Big Data and optimizing data systems.
• Understanding of machine learning models and practical applications.
• Experience with application security, distributed systems and microservices.
• Backend system optimization skills to ensure performance, stability and scalability for the Vietnamese market.
