The founding team has extensive experience and many successes in Europe in this new field.

This position works directly with the CTO and may eventually lead a team.

Job Description:

• Software architecture design & optimization: Orientation, proposal, construction of SaaS architecture to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.
• DevOps implementation & management: Build CI/CD, monitor infrastructure, control technical debt & apply DevOps best practices.
• System security & operations management: Configure monitoring, logging, data security & performance optimization on cloud platform.
• Multi-departmental & partner collaboration: Work with Sales, CS, vendors & technology partners to ensure consistency in technical solutions.
• Development on modern platforms: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, VNG Cloud), Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka, ElasticSearch.

  • Security: Encryption, SSO, RBAC

  • Database & Messaging: Postgres, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Redis

Job Requirements

• Age: 27 years and older
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years of Devops experience, preferably with a variety of programming languages, frameworks and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of popular DevOps tools like Docker, CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform .
  • Experience using cloud services to deploy critical systems or environments in production environments.
  • Understand the concepts of high availability, redundancy, scaling, and failover plans.
