1. Develop & release high quality Web applications (Nest.js, Next.js)
2. Optimize, package & improve performance of important points in the system (Network, Database, Microservices, Client-Side, Server-Side)
3. Receive feedback, optimize architecture and design for product growth stages to recover large user traffic
4. Learn and research new technologies to help optimize development time, increase productivity and apply to projects
5. Ensure clear source code requirements, security standards, high performance and best-practices, and meet unit testing requirements

Job requirements

• University degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least 3 years of experience working directly with Nest.js, Next.js.
• Practical experience in deploying and managing applications on Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience implementing and maintaining microservices and understanding of the serverless model.
• Deep understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
• Ability to self-study and update new technology quickly.
• Education level: University degree or higher in business or resource management
• Communication and performance skills: Good communication skills and confident presentation, ability to persuade and orient the team.
• Management skills: Able to manage projects, organizations, and your team.
• Dynamic and creative: Creative in finding and solving problems, capable of working independently or in a group.
• Skills in handling difficult situations: Ability to handle difficult situations and manage risks.
