Job description

• Responsible for leading and managing the e-commerce website development team.
• Develop and optimize e-commerce website systems using Node.js, Express.js, Next.js.
• Build powerful APIs (REST APIs) and backend systems, ensuring performance and security.
• Develop interactive Frontend, optimize SEO, enhance user experience.
• Working with databases, optimizing queries and system performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure e-commerce website meets business requirements.
• Ensure code quality, perform code reviews and write tests when necessary.
• Train, and support development team members

Obligatory:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with FullStack JavaScript.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with MedusaJS, Shopify or equivalent platforms.
• Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend technologies: Next.JS, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, TypeORM.
• Experience in deploying REST API, Elasticsearch or MeiliSearch, optimizing API performance.
• Experience with caching systems (Redis), queue management.
• Experienced in integrating Stripe, Paypal payments,
• Experience with Next.js, React, integration with Medusa JS.
• Understanding of DevOps, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Have worked with large eCommerce systems.

Technical requirements

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code; adhere to best programming practices and standards.
• Lead and develop a team of software engineers, including work assignment, performance evaluation, and technical support.
• Actively participate in the system architecture design process and select appropriate technology for the project.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation for backend systems and APIs to ensure ease of maintenance and upgrades.
• Perform testing, detection and correction of errors in the system to ensure product stability and security.
• Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
