Job Description

• Generate clear ideas and concepts in parallel with content staff
• Create hand drawn sketches, moodboards, sketches to visualize ideas
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the rest of the design team on different media types.
• Take work from idea to final execution within deadline.
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to team leaders and other design personnel while providing guidance on product construction.
• Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
• Stay up to date with all trends and maintain best practices.

Candidate requirements

• Proficient in design software such as AI, photoshop, indesign,...
• Have 2 years or more experience in digital and printing design.
• Have experience working in the field of events, advertising,...
• Be proactive in updating design trends and new technologies to apply to work.
• Careful, meticulous, detailed, able to focus on creative thinking, analyze design content, convey ideas and communicate well.
• Have a positive attitude, learn quickly, not afraid of difficulties, not afraid of change.
• Ability to organize work, ensure deadlines, be organized, and work under high pressure when implementing multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to work independently and work well in a team.
