Job Description

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process with diverse levels of recruitment and a wide range of technology stacks and skills in the Engineering team
• Build up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
• Always be on trendy in IT recruiting methodologies and aligned with new practices in hiring on the market
• Get involved in recruitment projects in building and re-building recruitment practices in the organization.
• Take other assignments by the Manager.

Candidate requirements

• Minimum of 03 years of working experience in IT recruitment.
• Decent knowledge of the IT industry.
• Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets.
• Strong recruiting skills (creating job descriptions, sourcing and selecting candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...).
• Language: English is priority. If your English is not good, BMBSoft will help you to improve your skills
• Good at MS office and computing skills
