Job Description
- Act as Tech Lead for Backend team, responsible for system design
- Solve difficult problems for the system
- Manage Backend team, Training, leading members
Candidate requirements
- Over 3 years of experience developing Java Backend (spring boot)
- Used to be a Tech lead or Leader in a team
- Have experience building Base source code backend
- Have experience in Micro service
- Design system architecture
- Solid DB knowledge
- AWS experience is a plus
- Experience in project lines for the JP market is an advantage.
- Experienced in creating Documents for projects such as Api design, db
Interest
- Salary: 20 - 30M/ negotiable depending on ability
- Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses during the working process such as bonuses based on KPI work performance, project bonuses and revenue bonuses
