Job Description

• Develop, deploy and operate backend services that meet business requirements and are scalable for games.
• Program complex business logic and optimize server performance.
• Work with Product manager, GD, client dev to understand requirements, ensure progress and product quality.
• Work with QA/CSKH to fix bugs, support technical issues, and respond to system failures.
• Analyze technical requirements, participate in system architecture design and propose and implement shared platform solutions.
• Maintain operations, monitor server systems, manage game-related databases, secure data and optimize queries.
• Participate in source code reviews, guidance, technical support to other team members.

Candidate requirements

• University degree in IT or equivalent
• Priority is given to candidates with 5 years of working experience, of which the last 3 years are working with Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Experience developing backends for online games or applications with a large user base.
• Experience developing shared frameworks
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, software design patterns, and best practices in software development.
• Proficient in Mongo, Redis, Docker, Git
• Always ready to update, learn new technology and apply it to work.
• Logical thinking, good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment.
• Good English reading comprehension

Interest

• Salary from 25 - 40M (salary negotiable based on ability). Probationary period 100% salary.
