- Manage:
- Supervise Web Application/Service Development teams.
- Focus on guidance, training, coordination, technical leadership.
- Project Evaluation, Project Management (Schedule, Defect and Quality Management).
- Negotiate with customers.
- Manage projects to ensure timely completion and ensure work meets required quality standards and requirements.
- Motivate and develop the team.
- Perform other duties from management.
- Technique:
- Lead teams in planning, designing and developing software applications or specialized utility programs/network or hardware environments to enhance the ability to achieve the company/client's strategic goals.
- Develop business continuity plan (BCP) and framework structure
- Provide appropriate technical guidance to lower level members.

*Request:
- University graduate majoring in IT or Computer Science
- Good Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Have knowledge of Java software development
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with SQL/non-SQL databases like MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Experience in project management as Project Leader, Team Leader or BrSE
- Experience in estimating and implementing complex projects
- Understand software development life cycle such as Waterfall, Agile
- Experience in technical documentation such as design and test documents
- Willing to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
