Job Description

    JOB DETAILS
    • Monitor and control the import and export of materials at the construction site for each item and each construction team.
    • Check and compare material data between warehouse keeper, material officer and construction team.
    • Receive purchase documents, material import/export vouchers; check validity and record to correct account according to regulations.
    • Create and update material summary table , report material consumption according to actual standards.
    • Participate in periodic inventory at warehouse/construction site, make discrepancy records if any.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly material reports and send to the general accountant
    • Store and manage material documents in accordance with internal accounting procedures and audit requirements.
