Job responsibilities

Deployment Create test cases in Japanese from design documents. Execute unit tests and integration tests based on test case documents. Design test plans and manage progress. Ensure smooth testing process through various communication tools (email/chat/video conference) with customers and development team Analyze results, report bugs and propose fixes.

Team Leadership Lead and guide Salesforce system testing for Japanese customers. Manage testing team, ensure smooth process.

Skills & Expertise

Problem Solving Have the skills to solve problems and improve testing processes.

Languages Read and understand Japanese documents and create test cases in Japanese. Have good leadership and communication skills in Japanese. Have Japanese proficiency from N2 or higher; having ISTQB Foundation certificate is an advantage.

Experience 3+ years of software testing experience, Salesforce preferred. Experience designing and managing unit tests and integration tests. Experience using test automation tools is a plus.
