Responsibilities
・Design, implement, test and release high-quality software.
・Work with other engineers, designers, and product owners to implement various features while considering maintainability, security, and performance.
・Represent the engineering team in meetings, contributing to ideas relevant to the product roadmap with a strong understanding of future customers and their desires.
・Monitor and bug fix to ensure that customers can use the application expectedly.
・Create technical documentation and communicate clearly across the product team.
・Support team members to review, feedback, and onboard.

Requirement
Gender：Any
Age：26 ~ 40 years old
Education level：Uni
Language： Japanese N2-3
Key experience：
・Over 2 years of experience in React Native
・Over 4 years of experience in mobile app development (Swift or Kotlin)
・Experience developing web and mobile applications (agile methodologies)
・Good understanding of fundamental design patterns in software design
・Experience of Redux
・Ability to work independently
・Excellent communication skills to work cooperatively with a remote team.
・Great attention to detail
・Critical-Thinking mindset

Preferred Experience
・Technical knowledge and expertise in front-end technologies and tools (HTML & CSS, JavaScript, React, and browser APIs)
・Experience in new product launch
Salary : USD gross
WORKING CONDITION
Working time：Monday - Friday: From 8:00 to 17:00

Contract：Freelance (100% from the beginning)
