JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves developing toB applications, designing complex architectures, and ensuring system stability through monitoring. You will also be responsible for improving CI/CD processes, introducing efficient development tools and cultures, and developing team members' fundamental skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop toB applications having a massive amount of data.
- Design a complex architecture which includes API linkage to external systems.
- Quickly fix system failures or abnormalities by monitoring or notifications.
- Improve CI/CD for the delivery of a product.
- Introduce tools, systems and cultures for efficient development.
- Develop fundamental skills of team members.
- System maintenance and operation in production environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years for Web development (at least 3 years of Ruby / RoR).
- Operation of an application on a production environment.
- Experience to lead a project as a team leader.
- Experience to improve application performance.
- Experience to educate team members.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- English skill (professional working proficiency).
- Experience to develop BtoB applications.
- Experience with Docker/Container.
- Japanese skill.
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficient in Testing, experienced with Lãnh Đạo and knowledge of Ruby On Rails, Docker.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Application Engineer, Web Developer, Software and understanding of Developer, CNTT khác.
