Job responsibilities

Technical Support Interact and provide technical consulting to clients through various communication channels like email, phone, online chat, and video conferencing.

Customization Take full responsibility for design, programming, testing, and deployment on the Salesforce platform.

Solution Design Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions for Japanese clients to meet their highest needs and expectations.

Project Coordination Manage and coordinate the development team while overseeing project progress to ensure success and product quality.

Skills & Expertise

Development Tools Strong knowledge of Salesforce technology, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.

Frameworks and Libraries Experience in configuration, customization, and report creation within the Salesforce environment.

Problem Solving Problem-solving skills and a quick response to client demands.

Teamwork Effective team management skills and the ability to boost team spirit.

Languages Good communication with Japanese clients; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.

Experience 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
