JD: SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN - SL: 01

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department by handling a variety of administrative tasks, including reporting, tracking task progress, managing Billing and budget monitoring.

1. Responsibility:

Campaign coordination:

• Assist in coordinating digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution of tasks and milestones.
• Collaborate with team members and provide information needed for campaign implementation.

Administration:

• Assist in tracking and maintaining marketing budgets, providing regular updates on spend and forecasts.
• Collaborate with finance team to initiate and track vendor payments; Ensure timely payment to suppliers, complying with payment terms and agreements.
• Create and deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports.
• Effectively track progress of marketing tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Closely monitor marketing budgets and prepare detailed cost reports.
• Other tasks assigned directly by the manager.

1. Qualification:
   

• Good organizational skills, good observation and attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of experience, proficient in excel, google sheets, digital marketing tools report, MS Office, Google Docs/Sheet, Data Analyst, Reporting Dashboard, Budget Control
• Understanding of marketing, digital tools, and social networks is a big plus
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
