Job Description

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications and web systems using Microsoft Technologies, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.
• Technical Consultation: Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements, provide technical insights, and develop customized solutions that align with business goals.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within production environments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report regularly to Project Managers, ensuring that all development tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and user experience, proactively implementing improvements where necessary.
• Legacy System Management: Ensure smooth integration and maintenance of existing systems while adopting new technologies and features as needed.
• Additional Duties: Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors or Project Managers to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Candidate requirements

• A minimum of 1 year in software development is required. However, recent graduates with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong experience with .NET and related languages (C#, ASP.NET) , managing performance, scalability, security, and testing.
• Proficient in React , with basic knowledge of CSS and JavaScript , and the ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs when needed.
• Experience with MS SQL Server or MySQL .
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI/CD .
• Familiar with Docker, Swarm, and Kubernetes (K8s) .
• Effective time management and multitasking skills under pressure.
• Creative problem-solving skills, applying business logic in development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
• A strong command of written and spoken English is a significant advantage.
