Job Description

• Manage the company's information and data systems from the CRM system (server and company customer management software...);
• Manage and evaluate the operation of information and data systems, thereby providing directions for system optimization;
• Make company related reports from system data;
• Ensure data security and CRM system access;
• Propose programming support solutions to help increase the work efficiency of departments. Support in researching and installing specialized software required by other departments;
• Conduct training and coaching of staff on the use of the CRM system;
• Contact suppliers in case the company needs to purchase system-related machinery and equipment;
• Able to work overtime or weekends (not much, only in emergencies), and supervise Clinic repairs and maintenance;
• Periodically report work to direct manager. Perform other assigned tasks;
• Internal Audit (software related)

Candidate requirements

• At least 02 years of experience with PHP language or higher
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems.
• Ability to plan; organize, lead and direct the implementation of plans.
• Ability to work independently and work well in a team.
• Enthusiastic, decisive, have personal opinions.
