- Analyze requirement data and check product features for quality.
- Perform daily task of checking products for errors every day.
- Create and maintain test cases for product feature cases on the system.
- Develop and maintain QA/QC Plan to meet internal and external testing requirements.
- Ensure all product features used in the company meet required standards.
- Regularly conduct inspections, quality checks and testing of all products and services.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal quality procedures, policies and standards.
- Provide technical support to departments to maintain and improve product and service quality.
- Ensure that all QA/QC related documents are updated and maintained.
- Collect data, statistics, analyze and report data, determine company and project targets.
- Drafting Specs, Presentation, Document of QC team.
- Graduated from college or university majoring in IT, Quality Management or other related majors.
- Have at least 02 years of experience in testing Automation.
- At least 02 years of experience in software project quality management, website, or project assistant, software project coordinator, website.
- Priority is given to candidates who are doing QA/QC for BPO company projects for Facebook, Google, Tiktok.
- Experience in monitoring progress and quality of CRM, ERP implementation projects... is an advantage
- Ability to plan and implement work independently.
- Good communication, proactive, high sense of responsibility in work, work closely.
- Process building skills, report writing skills, clear presentation skills, proficient use of JIRA tools.....
- Good procedural and logical thinking
