Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Hiring: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles. Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to attract high-quality candidates.

    • Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate personas.
    • Provide market insights and hiring strategies to align with organizational goals.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company's online employer brand.
    • Leverage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels, to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and achievements.
    • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.
    • General:
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Utilize HR internal systems to manage employee data effectively and analyze employee data for reporting purposes.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events and activities that foster a positive work environment.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
    • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
    • Prepare administrative documents, obtain necessary approvals from management, and file documents appropriately.
    • Process purchase orders for the office.
    • Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs/events in compliance with company needs.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduated from University.
    • Female.
    • 10 years of HR/TA experience including 6 years of experience recruiting IT engineers.
    • Min 2 years of team leader experience (multiple companies preferred).
    • Have an excellent track record as a recruiter (achieving KPIs, etc.)
    • English or Japanese proficiency is at business level or higher (e.g. English: TOEIC 700 or higher, Japanese: N2 or higher).
    • In terms of skills, candidates should have: experienced with Đàm Phán, N2, proficient in Tiếng Nhật, knowledge of Tiếng Anh and Lãnh Đạo.
    • We also consider factors such as: knowledge related to Hành Chính Nhân Sự, understanding of Tuyển Gấp, kinh nghiệm làm việc với Quản Lý Nhân Sự, Chuyên Viên Tuyển Dụng and Quản Lý.
