Job Description

• Lead and manage software development teams, ensuring project quality and progress
• Design system architecture, make key technical decisions
• Develop and maintain fullstack web applications using NodeJS, ReactJS, React Native, NextJS
• Build and optimize REST API, integrate Websocket for real-time communication
• Deploy and manage systems on cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS)
• Establish and maintain CI/CD processes, apply DevOps methodologies
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Research and apply new technologies such as WebRTC to suitable projects
• Ensure responsiveness of user interface across devices
• Guide and train other team members
• Participate in requirements analysis and project planning

Candidate requirements

• Requires 5 years of experience in solo projects and small teams of 2-3 people, requires extensive knowledge of software development
• Proficient in NodeJS, ReactJS, React Native, NextJS and able to work fullstack
• Deep understanding of RESTful API, Websocket and modern web technologies
• Experience with Docker and containerization tools
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes
• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS)
• Understanding WebRTC and its applicability to real-world projects
• Responsive interface design skills and user experience optimization
• Ability to lead, manage projects and work effectively in a team environment
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology
• Good English, able to read technical documents and communicate in an international environment
