Job details

• Develop text extraction modules for DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, and PDF formats.
• Integrate OCR for extracting text from images and scanned documents.
• Implement and manage search indexing using Elasticsearch, Solr, or Lucene.
• Design keyword-based search across large-scale document databases and emails.
• Optimize search for fast performance and accurate ranking of results.
• Build responsive and intuitive UIs for document browsing, filtering, and case management.
• Enable keyword tagging, document preview, and smart filtering in the front end.
• Implement similarity detection algorithms to recommend related documents.
• Build real-time views of recommended content.
• Automate document classification, indexing, and search pipelines.
• Integrate with existing cybersecurity tools to improve analyst productivity.

Candidate requirements

• The manager can supervise developers. Communicate in English or Korean.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or currently pursuing one.
• Familiar with text extraction, search technologies, or OCR projects.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, or Lucene is a plus.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience in UI development using React, Vue, or Angular.
• Problem-solving mindset and an eye for automation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in NLP, text classification, or entity recognition.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling Base64-encoded email content.
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with document similarity algorithms and scoring techniques.
• Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of database structures for large-scale document storage.
• Preference will be given to those who can speak English
