Job Description

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine Testing Requirements

Communicate with Development Team, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to create and refine comprehensive Test Plans

Develop and execute Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Steps, Test Data

Analyze Test Results to ensure system integrity and functionality

Perform Functional and Product Evaluation according to parameters and specifications

Document Test Execution Results, Errors, and Defects, ensuring proper reporting for each Testing Phase

Identify and prioritize defects, ensure timely resolution by coordinating with developers and other stakeholders

Track testing progress, report metrics, and provide insights on the overall quality of the software

Actively participate in validating deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements, assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure high-quality outcomes

Contribute to the development of User Manuals and provide training on Technology Products for End Users as needed

Candidate requirements

Proven experience as a Testing Analyst

Must have at least 2 years General Work Experience

Must have at least 2 years Work Experience in an Office Environment

Must have at least 2 years of Testing Analyst Role Experience

English Profiency: TOEIC 500 at a minimum level
