Job Details
- Translate IT documents from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Translate reports, communications, Q&A about work via internal chat channels, skype, email, etc. between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese customers.
- Translate company documents on human resources, accounting, etc.
- Interpreting for tasks such as progress reports, document explanations, discussions on technical solutions, problem points, proposals, etc. in direct meetings or via TV meetings between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese customers.
- Direct interpretation in business meetings such as Business reports, plans, progress, customers... for the sales team with company bosses.
- In addition: Support interpretation upon request of BrSE, project PM, Mentor, Leader in the company.
Job requirements:
- Graduated from university, college majoring in Japanese.
- Priority: 1 year or more of experience in translation and interpretation in the IT industry is an advantage. Those without experience will be trained.
- Have Japanese certificate from N2 or higher.
- Good teamwork skills, valuing the overall results of the team.
- Ability to connect team members.
- Hard working attitude, careful, high sense of responsibility.
- Love translation work.
