- Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, work schedules, organize meetings, take notes and summarize meeting content for the Director
- Translate documents in English and Vietnamese as required
- Prepare documents and collect necessary information as requested by the Director
- Support clerical work of the Director's office: Store records, prepare documents for the Director when on business trips
- Communicate information from the Director to relevant departments and divisions and send feedback directly to the Director
- Carry out logistics for the Director's business trips (contact partners, book air tickets, book hotel rooms, complete visa procedures)
- Support the Director in internal and external relations when necessary. Customer care (sending gifts, flowers on holidays, anniversaries...)
- Business travel (if necessary)
- Other tasks as assigned by the Director
