• Responsible for designing, managing and developing the aesthetics of the Company's design products.
• Design advertising publications on digital marketing channels (website, facebook, youtube...) such as flash banners, popups, email templates, website/application interfaces, etc.
• Design printed publications (flyers, brochures, posters, bandrolls, etc.) Design items used in holidays and events (backdrops, invitations, standees, signs, etc.)
• Design and manage the company's brand identity system
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects according to design specifications and in line with business strategy
• Coordinate with sales and marketing staff to carry out communication work and business strategies of the department.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. InDesign,..
• Have a keen aesthetic sense from detail to the whole
• Good communication skills to accurately convey your topics to leaders and team members
